Jersey Shore's Snooki Faces Additional Charge: Annoying People

Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi didn't show up during Wednesday's hearing when Prosecutors added the additional charge. However, an attorney for Polizzi, said the reality star entered a plea of not guilty on her behalf to the charge and two others, disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance.
Polizzi was arrested on July 30 after beach goers claimed the 22-year-old was belligerent and was disturbing them.
The self proclaimed "Princess of Poughkeepsie" was apparently spotted partying on the beach with a beer bong filled up with Coca-Cola. In addition, she was apparently spotted at a local bar doing "body shots" earlier in the day.
Polizzi's arrest came one day after the premiere of the show's season, which was taped in Miami.
The reality star who was released on a summons, is scheduled to go before a judge on Sept. 8. If convicted on all three charges, Polizzi could face over $500 in fines.
